This project focused on developing an accessible mobile coffee ordering experience for a university campus, addressing notification and communication gaps that impacted Deaf and Hard-of-Hearing users. Accessibility requirements were treated as core product constraints, guiding decisions around notifications, feedback, and user control. The resulting solution demonstrated how inclusive product decisions can improve usability, independence, and confidence for a diverse user population.
