On the Run Campus Coffee Ordering App for Accessibility & Inclusion

Designed an accessible campus coffee ordering app addressing critical notification gaps at RIT's coffee shops. The app solves inclusion challenges for the significant Deaf and Hard-of-hearing community on campus. The solution offers smartphone-based ordering with customizable notification preferences (text alerts, vibrations, and visual indicators), ensuring that all students can confidently order and receive their coffee, regardless of their hearing abilities.
